Our initial mortgage consultation is free.  Angletwich Financial usually charges a fee for mortgage advice, payable on application.  The amount we charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration required and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity – we typically charge a fee of £99 – £499, however we may charge up to a maximum of 1% of the loan amount.
